It's the best place to get down if you are coming from Edinburgh airport also going to Edinburgh airport for taking bus. 5 mins hill walk will get you to actual street of Edinburgh

I’d give less than a star to the experience I had a the travel hub today. The lady at the desk (short hair, in her 50’s probably ) was not at all polite and wasn’t keen on directing me. I’d like to profess that it’s not likely that a person walks into a place like that on a daily/ monthly basis . I,myself was back in 4 years. I’m really disappointed and hope the staff are taught better costumer service.
