We’ve had a wonderful experience with Waterloo Cars. Communicating with Sam is always a pleasure — he responds quicker than I can boil a kettle, and somehow manages to adjust every transfer to fit us perfectly.

The drivers deserve a medal for their patience. Believe me, if you can calmly drive a coach full of children (some of whom were crying halfway through the journey), you can handle absolutely anything the roads throw at you. Experienced, reliable, and impressively unflappable — we couldn’t have asked for better service.

Living in Poole never flew from London City before. Train to Waterloo was late as usual. Zaman our driver kept in touch for a smooth pick up. Being Friday traffic a mare. Zaman knew the best route and was more like a tour. Only complaint we got to the airport too early as they would not let us bag drop until 2 hours before flight! Zaman very friendly. Car clean and good size. Good value for money
