Most helpfull and the free medium is nice down stairs. They had a free map and a kids trail which is great for all ages as has all the stops

We needed some information about Warwick as we are visiting this county and didn't know where places were.
We asked a lovely lady Liz on the desk about whiskey shops in the local area.
She was unsure ask a couple of work colleagues they was unsure to however they did think of one place and then Liz went above and beyond as she called the place for us so that we can get our questions answered and out time was not wasted.

I bought a sew on patch for my camp blanket however it would be nice to have Warwick's ls coat of arms as a badge. Thank you all at the shop from two happy visitors.

This visitor center in general wasn't bad but their toilets were quite awful. If you need to use the toilet I would suggest to go to the ones in the castle which are 2 mins away and in much better condition.

went to warwick and the town was shut. the T.I. lady looked as if she just wanted to go home. the only place really open was the castle and one little antique shop with a delightful lady and her dachshund and she is the only reason they are getting 4 stars

Very helpful staff, who were very happy to give me a tourist map and then add recommendations on things to see not marked on the map.

They sell discount tickets for the castle, check it’s your hotel, my hotel was considering cheaper than the discount price at the visitor centre.
