We had a particularly challenging chain with added time pressures to complete before the stamp duty change, and we genuinely don’t think we would have completed on time (if at all) had it not been for Warren. Initially I was a little sceptical as they are a small business with only 3 people in the business, Warren Stuart and Wendy but the service I got was excellent . From the beginning of the sale ,to booking viewers , a month later to getting a buyer for the property and finally exchanging contracts Warren and his team kept me informed on a regular basis of updates .
