Booked a 7 night break for the expected dining experience
The menu repeated itself after 4 days and we were offered the same food 2 days running.
Spoke to the duty manager to ask why and was informed it was company policy to save cost and money.
They also do not provide information about sugar content on foods only calories, I am diabetic and need sugar level info to make an informed choice.
Not a place I would go to again for a superb dining experience

We went for the music on the motown weekend. It was my birthday weekend. |It was a great weeekend. Singers in the afternoon who packed the dance floor.|Bands at night then disco. Food was lovely so much choice. We will definetely be back.

The setting at Gunton is Perfect, a few minutes walk to the beach. The grounds are well maintained plenty of activities that were amusing and enjoyable. Entertainment is very enjoyable and professional. |The food too is so good. We had a treatment in the spa it too was very good. Been a few times it’s so nice you always want to go back there. Recommend to anybody. There are a good mix of age groups (seniors) but we are there too. I love it there will definitely go again in fact I have three more booked.

This was our third visit to Gunton Hall this year, having visited in February (4 nights), April/May (7 nights) and July (4 nights). ||||Once again, we booked a Garden Lodge Suite overlooking the beautiful lake and gardens with its abundance of wild life. Every day we were visited by friendly squirrels. Like our previous visits, our lodge was very nice with lounge, walk-in shower, and bedroom with a comfortable king-size bed. The lodge came with the usual coffee and tea making facilities, plus biscuits and crisps etc.||||As with our previous breaks, we had a very nice time, mainly due to all the wonderful staff, from the entertainment team right through to the catering staff in the restaurant. ||||However, my biggest gripe is all the penny-pinching that has crept in to Warners, not just Gunton over recent years especially this year, including non-servicing of your room on your second day plus the numerous changes in the restaurant. No more fresh fruit and no more bread rolls, which I like with my breakfast. No more tea or coffee brought to your table any more, however, I must admit, I did like the choice of coffees from the machine. Food at both breakfast and evening meals was plentiful, with a good choice of dishes. ||||But my biggest beef is the ridiculous £8.50 charges brought in for the Rifle Shooting (which was my favourite activity), Archery and Axe Throwing, all because of “no shows”. I said to one of the leisure team on our previous visit, all Warner had to do was charge a £10 REFUNDABLE deposit. If people don’t show up, they lose their deposit – simples. But to charge £8.50 from being FREE, is crazy. £5.00 would have been fairer. Many others I have spoken to have said the same thing.||||We took part in various daytime activities including the quizzes, shuffleboard, snooker bowls, curling and darts, all brilliantly run by the Warner girls and guys. The swimming pool is the largest of all the Warner sites with an excellent jacuzzi, a very hot sauna and steam room.||||Three things that really need to be addressed at Gunton which I have mentioned before (which always falls on deaf ears). Firstly, more disabled parking spaces are needed in the car park (I have a Blue Badge). Secondly, the men’s changing room in the swimming pool requires a complete refurbishment. Thirdly, all the seats/chairs in the restaurant and in the Lakeview Pavilion, are very old and tired and quite uncomfortable, especially if you suffer with sciatica. ||||Despite some shortcomings, we still had a nice break, and we enjoyed the daytime and evening entertainment, Shaun of the Ents team was a good laugh, and we shared a lot of banter. Indeed, all the Warner team were very good (very sorry to hear Ollie was leaving). But I’m still very disappointed at the unnecessary charges for some of the activities.||||So, would we return? We have booked another 7-night break in October!!

Plenty of entertainment during the day and evening, Rooms are clean and comfortable, Service very good, Food for buffet style was good only one complaint about the breakfast fried eggs very rubbery and yolk hard bacon also could be cooked longer "but I like my bacon crispy" lots of choice of food for dinner and breakfast.
Entertainments was excellent probably the best I've seen and heard in a holiday resort.
Would recommend this place and it's Adults only.

We have just booked another week at Gunton Hall for August and it will be our last one!!! Booked mealtimes and went on to book activities which were free but now £8.50 per person .... no thank you after the cost of the stay. We didn't do cancellation cover as only 5 weeks away so we will have to go and enjoy what we can. No more Warners for us sadly. Goodbye Warners. we'll go out and find our own activities...

We had a fab 4 day break here . Lovely atmosphere our chalet was adequate, clean and tidy. Having the small fridge is a bonus.
Food is very good with plenty of choice. The pool and spa is a great place to relax, swim and enjoy yourself.

Chalet was perfect. Newly furnished, very comfortable king Size bed & choice of pillows. Very extensive choice of food & beautiful gardens with lake & wildlife. Loved it !
