Excellent service. We arranged a day trip to London for a group from St Clare's Church, Preston to attend a celebration Mass at Westminster Cathedral. Everyone was very happy with the coach and the drivers. We will definitely use Waltons again

Excellent service, we used this coach company for a trip to Old Trafford today and the service was absolutely brilliant. From start to finish the communication was great and the coach was amazing.
Very friendly driver called Nik who we all thought was excellent too.
I never usually write reviews but I wanted to write one because we’ve used other coach company’s in the past and they’ve been nothing like this company, everyone was saying how nice the coach was, it was so clean and tidy, leather seats which you can recline, it even had usb ports on the back of every seat to charge your phones.
I would highly recommend this company and will definitely be using them again.

Wanted to give 0 stars!!!!
Driver very ignorant, cut our xmas market to York by 1hr, didn't announce it to all and only found out because we heard someone else say the new time or we would of missed the pick up home. A 3hr delay stuck in traffic on way home with no update on what was happening from driver. Everyone wanted the loo so another passenger asked for toilet break (most where elderly so that was understandable) but the driver then let that passenger update the rest of us, who told us it was a quick toilet break, a group of about 8 people shared between themselves that we was having a 45 minute break, the rest of us stuck to the quick toilet break and had to wait 45mins for the rest of them to come back (we was 30 mins from home at this point). Again no update from the driver 0 communication from him but abuse of 2 old women who believed we should of checked with the driver how long we had when one of them was the same old woman who informed the rest of us it was a quick toilet break.
I then had to get off in town, my friend was going to give me a lift home but due to the 4hr late return and her medical condition I had to pay £10 for a taxi home.
My brother works on coach trips and always makes them sound fun, he loves his job and sees the passengers as customers and wants them to have a fun experience, that's why I chose to go on this trip; never again with this company, I work in a large hospital and could of recommended your company, no chance of that now!!
I also give generous tips, this driver got nothing and didn't deserve anything for his ignorant behaviour (he is in the wrong job and should not be dealing with people). As for the 2 very rude and selfish old women, shame on you both, the rest of us just wanted an apology!! of them and the driver.
I would like a refund and reimbursed for my £10 taxi fare, can't see that happening!! And I was up at 6 the next day for work, so a pleasant day turned into a very tiring one where I just needed to get home and go to bed.

Amazing Service and communication we booked with a lady in the office called Jill and our driver was called Nick both were professional and the coach was immaculate 10/10 !!!

Just almost been ran into the kerb by one of your coaches in Stalybridge.
With a child in my car.
Driver was in the wrong lane then proceeded to bully me out of his way.
Then at lights the driver and some of his passengers proceeded to hurl abuse at me. Dash cam footage is being sent to the police

Very aggressive driver who felt that I had cut him up (not sure how you cut someone up when you are in front of them in the first place) he then Proceeded to attempt to intimidate me whilst behind me on the M55 and also took pictures of me - should you have your phone when you are driving ?
The owner of the company obviously breeds this behaviour as her attitude was delightful when she called me. Dangerous drivers with bad attitudes and a company that condones their behaviour. Shame my husband wasn’t in the car - but maybe he would have behaved himself better if he had been with me !!

Went on my first trip to Cheshire Oaks with Waltons today. Slight mix up with pick up point but had a call off the driver who rectified it and couldn't be more apologetic. These things happen.
Only complaint being is the people behind me who couldnt stop whinging about it the entire journey there.....next time I will bring earphones to solve that problem. Affordable prices, clean coach, I'll be using you again, thank you
