I have been a customer for 10+ years and have always liked their service. Although some drivers could be late due to traffic, which is expected in rush hour but their customer service has always been excellent. One call and they are ready to pick me up anywhere in Tunbridge Wells. Always a joy to be driven around by their kind and friendly drivers.

Unreliable. I missed my medical appointment. I chased them when my taxi was due only to find out they weren't going to make it anywhere near the arranged time. Could have done with forewarning when they realised they were understaffed. Staff were really apologetic and lovely and I understand sometimes things snowball. But I wouldn't rely on them again for another definite deadline.

The man on the phone who manages the booking is extremely rude. The taxis were on time and drove well, so it feels harsh to give 1 star, but this is owed to the poor customer service. It doesn't hurt to be nice and pleasant to people, when it could go a long way. This was from September so perhaps that person has left.
