Wainwrights go above and beyond! I’m writing this review almost two years after we moved house, however the impact Wainwrights had on our house move is unforgettable. The level of service we received was fantastic, especially from Paul who really did go over and above for us. Wainwrights weren’t even representing us, they were representing our seller, but the service we received was better than our own agent! Next time we move, Wainwrights will be our No. 1 choice!

My partner and I recently relocated from Bristol to Saltash in Cornwall. We dealt with a number of other Saltash based estate agents looking for a property to rent. The experience was appalling - no communication and broken promises….we even offered 6 months rent up front, but nothing helped in getting these other estate agents to treat us with dignity and respect. Then we met Nicola, Lucia and Paul from Wainwrights. Informative, excellent communicators, always available on the phone and email - what an amazing experience. Without their help, guidance and kindness we would have given up on our dream to move to Cornwall. Every promise was delivered upon, every email and phone call was responded too and we are now in our new home and we are so happy. I would like to recommend Wainwright Estate Agents & in Particular Paul Sanders who has has dealt with the purchase & kept doggedly onto my Solicitors & others in the chain to get to the stage of Exchange . the Company 1st Rate unlike the 3 solicitors & there companies that have been involved in the chain to date.
Paul has provided straight talk in keeping me up to date with each Solicitor involved , just wish the Solicitors had the same ethics .
