Vue Cinema at the Swan Centre in Eastleigh is a fantastic spot for a family movie outing! The venue is always clean, the staff are friendly and helpful and the screens & sound quality are top-notch. We’ve had some great experiences here, and the kids absolutely love it.
They’re already excited and counting down the days to come back and watch Sonic 3 here.... it’s become their favourite cinema! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable, enjoyable cinema experience.

First time at Vue Eastleigh for the Superman Hero Screening. Ticket price was decent, but the “VIP seats” were just regular seats with wider arms — uncomfortable and not worth the upgrade, especially when they were sticky.

The biggest letdown was the staff. We arrived early and got a snarky comment about being “too early.” When we asked about the free comic, both the staff and the manager were clueless, rolled their eyes, and said it was “below their pay grade.”

Later, when comics were finally being handed out, they claimed we needed an email to collect one, even though the terms and conditions clearly said a valid booking or email. My ticket should have been sufficient as proof.

Won’t be rushing back — I’d rather pay more for Odeon. Staff and manager need proper training and should know their own terms and conditions.

General review for VUE Cinemas; sort out your website. Been trying to book my daughter tickets for the Taylor Swift movie for the last half an hour. Your website constantly comes up with booking errors; despite trying on 4 different devices. Clearly it is not up to the job. We've booked with ShowCase instead....much slicker experience. Oh and their VIP seats are actually a decent quality unlike the ones in Eastleigh.

First cinema trip! Me, my wife and our 3 year old went to watch Sonic for his first trip to the cinema. It wasn't a designated kids screening but he wanted to see Sonic, but as we had the screen to ourselves they kindly turned the volume down a little and were so friendly and excited when chatting with our little dude. Faultless and our boy loved it!

I went to Vue Cinema at Eastleigh for the first time this week, unfortunately it was not a great experience. The venue was extremely hot and there did not appear to be any air conditioning. I went to the reception to ask for the air conditioning to be turned on or turned up and was advised this wasn’t possible as the building was not owned by Vue and they were unable to adjust the air conditioning (really)! I won’t be visiting again as I don’t find it comfortable watching a film in a sauna ☹️

Went to see the new Sinners movie and had a great experience, the seats were comfy and the tickets are reasonably priced. However, i feel as if one of the speakers in screen 7 was muffled or a little broken as the speech from the characters in the movie was hard to hear.
