Terrible experience, i went there to collect a passport for a friend, the place was in total chaos, this place doesn't have capacity for that many applicants, the receptionist was very rude, but considering the circumstances, I wouldn't blame him, there are not enough seats or waiting areas, the staff are very busy and when you try to approach them they don't pay attention or even look at you.
Get a cabinet for the receptionist and someone to help him.
I would honestly and simply suggest (don't go Turkey) or find an alternative visa centre.

I had such a good experience being helped by Berke at Voya Visa. He was so kind, checked all my documents, printed the ones missing and explaining parts of the process to me. I was 20 days due to travel when I applied and my visa came on time! Super grateful for the help. Keep.up the good work.. note to others- always carry the document they give you when you apply for collection- I had to double up on my trip to collect as I forgot this?

After reading numerous negative reviews, I was a bit apprehensive before my visit. However, my experience was quite different. I brought all the necessary documents, except for photographs. The staff member at the front desk kindly directed me to the post office around the corner to get them done, and I appreciated his patience with everyone. The gentlemen and ladies at the desk were courteous and efficient in handling the process. While I can’t speak for others, my experience was positive. My advice is to ensure you have all your paperwork in order before arriving, and you likely won’t be disappointed. The staff manages a high volume of people, so being polite and respectful goes a long way. There’s no need to approach the situation confrontationally.

This company is only here to make money. They charge a lot for visas and take advantage of people because they have no regulations. They provide fake insurance that doesn't cover you when problems arise. They buy this insurance for £2 and sell it for £50. That's why they insist you buy insurance from them. The insurance is valid for one year in the UK and costs £40, which accepts full responsibility and offers refunds if necessary. In my opinion, no one should get a visa from this company. Please avoid going there. I will spread the word everywhere to raise awareness.

After reading all the negative reviews, I was dreading this experience.I couldn’t have been more wrong!! The service was fabulous and the staff amazing and friendly. I am not the most organised person but I made sure I had EVERYTHING ticked off the list of requirements to a T. Applying then took 15 minutes and the lady that served me was so helpful. It took just on 2 weeks for a tourist visa. Collecting was a 5 minutes in and out. The gentleman in collections was super friendly. You HAVE to have what they ask for, there are no short cuts. It’s not their fault because those are the requirements of the Turkish Government so don’t blame them when it’s a handstand. I only wish they had a return postal service instead of traipsing all the way to London.Otherwise 10/10!

I think the reviews for this place are unnecessarily grim. My appointment went on without a hitch. I went for my appointment, the first guy checked my documents, I had everything and he gave me a number and asked me to sit, I was called to the counter and my application was done, went to the payment counter, paid and left. I was there under an hour.
Second time around I went in to ask for my passport because I had urgent travel that had just popped up, the guy at the payment counter was so nice and patient with me, even when it looked like I would need to cancel my entire application to get my passport back. Long story short , my passport was already on its way back with my visa in it, exactly two weeks after I put it in my application. Passport check, visa check and I even made my urgent travel.
I removed the last star only because I feel the visa fee itself is too expensive. Otherwise no complaints from me at all.
