Rural area, very quiet. The accessible cottages have good parking, we are in Hazel, which has 3 double bedrooms, the main one is ensuite with an excellent wet room,with shower chair and safety handles, a higher seat toilet with handles. Plenty of room to walk with a frame or wheelchair, only negative the seats are low in the lounge. The kitchen is well equipped, Gentle ramp to outside patio area over looking field with sheep, which kept our border collie occupied,! Plenty of walks through the wooded area.

Parking for half a dozen cars at least
Simply awesome view out of the full height windows.
TV in all rooms.
Enormous wet room.
Quiet but near enough to the main road.
Loads of wildlife in the area.
Our visitors have already booked themselves.
Quality throughout.

We thoroughly enjoyed our break at Hawthorn Ctg, Vose Farm.

The cottage was immaculate, but also comfy and cosy with fab views over the rolling hills.

Vose Farm has a great set up with woodland for walks, fishing lake and close to village amenities, largest supermarket approx 15min drive.

Plenty of places to visit in the area whatever the weather.

Would certainly recommend and Phil the owner is super friendly and helpful.

Beautiful and very quiet rural location in the heart of Cornwall. Oak Cottage is a very tidy and comfortable home for family of 3 or 4. It's kitchen is well equipped with all you need for cooking. The Vose Farm is well designed and equally well maintained family-friendly area with a playground, a pond and even with a piece of private forest. It's only 10 minutes drive to the sea front and picturesque Mevagissey harbour. Phil is a very nice and helpful host. Thank you for one of our best holidays ever!

Beautiful location!! Very quiet and relaxing with only a 10 min drive to the nearest beach and St Austell. We stayed in Hazel Cottage, which is a wheelchair accessible property on the farm, very spacious and easy for my daughter to get around in her chair. The wet room was big and had a fantastic shower. The beds were super comfy and the bedding was luxurious. Ample parking. Highly recommend and will definitely visit again!

July 2024 - a great place to stay for a week with plenty of space for all the family. We stayed in Hawthorn Cottage which had 3 bedrooms, great lounge, kitchen and dining space and fab views across the fields and valley!
The owners were great, very responsive to initial booking queries and quick to fix a small issue we had in the bathroom!
Would highly recommend the holiday cottages and the local pub The Crown Inn @ St Ewe!

Mother and I had a lovely week staying in Hazel Cottage. It was a beautiful property which had an attractive large main bedroom with ensuite wet room, together with 2 further bedrooms. Very spacious throughout and easy access for those who are less abled. All furniture and appliances were of exceptional quality. Very pleasant and secure garden for our dog. The owner Phil was always on hand should the need arise. We will definitely be returning.

Elm Cottage has a spacious living area with open views all around .
It was very clean , warm and quiet .
We slept well in the 5 foot bed which had a high quality mattress.
There was lots of hot water , strong free wifi and a well fitted kitchen .
The cottage was well presented and comfortably furnished .
We could park very close to the front door which we found useful .
Would not hesitate to stay again !
