Staff didn't care less that I was stood at the reception desk, they just ignored me when I asked for a plastic cup for the water dispenser I was told that there weren't any. This was on an extremely hot day I was really hot, thirsty & dehydrated! Terrible customer service

1 star, only because of an older man from the office who stands in for the lady in Parts section. His behaviour was not very nice to us when we first met him there and he probably did remember me as he was like this today too. The way he talks and the look on his face is clearly saying me that he is just waiting when I will get off and don’t bother him 🤷‍♂️ not sure why, we never argued or have been rude and I hope its nothing to do with us being foreign.

Anyway, I rather turned away today and will wait while lady comes back to the office probably.

On the other hand I would give 6/5 stars to the lady there as she has always smile on her face, willing to help, look at parts even if we didnt have correct numbers and we have Magnum with Volvo engine and not all stuff matches. She still does her max and we are leaving happy with parts or informations that we need 👍 so I rather wait for that.

Absolutely appalling .
After booking a vehicle in for repairs mid November for w/c 12th December and the vehicle still hasnt been looked at on the 9th January.
No updates or anything.
I would not recomend using this company.
Only gave 1 star as it wouldnt let me post without.

Find some of the staff here rude. Come to collect a vehicle. Staff talking didn't acknowledge me as a customer. Called the bell and still was talking and was ignored for 5 minutes before garage staff come in. Not good customer service. Wellingborough more polite and welcoming
