Hotel is in a great location with a 15 minute walk in to town. Great for families visiting with students nearby as a 10 minute walk to Uni.|Spent some time in the bar which we all loved. Modern decor, comfy seats and good atmosphere - also delicious cocktails which went down well. |Breakfast was ok, could do with more veggie options, a veggie sausage would have been good. |Room was ok - I say ok as it wasn’t that clean it was clear that the carpet had not been hoovered. However room was a good size and bed comfy.|You might ask why I didn’t complain at the time - I was there to enjoy time with my daughter who was graduating and didn’t want to waste time with this. Shouldn’t really have to complain either if paying £150 a night, it should be a given that the room is properly cleaned.|However, this is a lovely hotel, I would stay again, I think this must have been a blip.|All staff we met were lovely.

We stayed here for one night only and what a brilliant hotel this is and we can’t say enough good things about this hotel. The staff in reception were very welcoming and friendly. We had asked for an early check in, and the staff were so accommodating and we were extremely grateful to check-in early so that we could get ready for the wedding we were attending. Our room was so stylish with really nice furnishings, and the bed was so comfortable. The breakfast was really good with lots of choice. There is also a really good bar. Such a lovely, stylish hotel overall with friendly staff and a really comfortable stay. We would love to come back

I booked as an IHG One Rewards member — always a smooth experience with their team.
Special thanks to Robert ( Voco Hotel), who helped me make changes over the phone and even took my order for drinks and food in advance — fantastic service!

The hotel is in a lovely location, staff were really friendly, and the rooms were modern, clean, and comfortable (though the TV connection from my phone was a bit confusing).

No complimentary water in the rooms and no club lounge, but the bar area is really nice. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of tea/coffee options, several machines (so no queues), a good cheese/meat selection, and a hot buffet — all in a very clean area.

Tip: book parking in advance, as I didn’t manage to get a space this time.

Paid a lot of money for a hot tub room. Felt let down before we even arrived. Booked a month ago but only got an email about needing to reserve parking less than 16 hours before arriving. No spaces left and I am a blue badge holder. Manager did not care when I tried to explain this on arrival and her response was poor. My review would have been more positive if she had shown an ounce of compassion Room was lovely with hot tub. Mini bar had like 1 beer and 1 can of gin. Shame thet don't clean very well. Lots of cigarette butts on the private terrace. Did expect more for a room that was almost £300 a night. Great location for the town centre.

Second time here. Both to watch the Lionesses at King Power Stadium. Amazing location for the stadium, just a few minutes walk or a couple of £ in an uber. Every member of staff we encountered from reception to dining area were so lovely and provided excellent customer service. Food brilliant and cleanliness impeccable. They were ‘HOTEL BROOKLYN” when we first stayed and now “VOCO”. It can be quite worrying when a hotel has changed ownership but not in this case. Just as fantastic of a visit as first time round. Spot on aircon on the hottest day of the year and compliments in the room, a lovely touch. Such a quiet sleep on the fifth floor. Excellent value for money.

Fantastic hotel, friendly staff, great room, comfortable bed and aircon, all the usual free items included, you have a safe and a fridge, iron and board and a hairdryer in the room. Shower was superb and the free shower gel, shampoo and conditioner were amazing!!

One strange thing was the actual bar closing at 22:00 on a Thursday night!!There were a lot of people still in the bar and using it. As someone from Scotland, where almost every bar, including ones in hotels are open until 1:00am, I found that strange for a 4 star hotel.

My friends and I all had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Great location for walking into the city centre and even though our stay coincided with a rugby match at the stadium next door, it didn't disturb us and in fact made for a lovely atmosphere in the restaurant/bar area!

Every member of staff we encountered was friendly, cheerful, helpful and professional.

Food was delicious - both in the evening and at breakfast.

Comfortable bed. Very clean room. Lovely bathroom.

Will definitely choose this hotel for my next stay in Leicester.

Really funky hotel, very contemporary, beds were dreamy, breakfast was so good and I was very impressed with the separate gluten free station. Not seen that before especially the cereal. Also was able to have the sausages and hash browns with my cooked brekkie. The rain shower was divine but there was a problem with the drainage so it flooded our bathroom. We reported it but nothing was done about it, our towels and bathmat used for mopping up were not replaced although they said they would be. This was the only annoying thing. Would definitely stay in a Voco again. ||You have to pre-book hotel parking, which I didn't realise, we had to park in the hospital multistorey car park over the road. Only £13 for overnight so that was good.
