Got into a accident that wasn’t my fault, these guys came the same day and delivered this jaguar replacement car, claim took a little while because the other person lied to their insurance but these guys sorted it within 7 days, was really impressed. Got a good payout too for my car.

Long story: a lady went into the back of me and then drove away without giving details, I was on my way to work at the hospital. First I called my insurance company who kept me on hold for 1 hour and then I gave up… I then called VMS Direct in Bedford, from the time I called to them arriving at my workplace to pick up the damaged car and providing me a courtesy car was less than 45 mins… they tracked down the lady driver, got them to admit liability, got me a good payout, repaired my car and got me a fair injury compensation too. Really couldn’t fault these chaps and would highly recommend. Kept me updated every step!

Just got my car back from them after I was involved in a car accident. Car came back better than before, repaired perfectly, there was even a few scratches on the front which they kindly repaired too even though I didn't ask. I didn't pay a penny, all done through insurance.
