This is the first time I have used Viva Holidays and I would be more than happy to use them again. Unbelievable, holiday cancelled as they can't make enough profit from the booking! We booked our holiday in February 2024 for July 2025 and paid our deposit. Initially we were extremely pleased with the professionalism of the company, tailoring our trip to our needs.
Today I've received an email cancelling the holiday. I called them and was told that the booking was made based on the trending of prices and that they have not been able to confirm the bookings at the expected price and will have to cancel our holiday. They had the nerve to say that I could look for a different holiday with them, how can you trust a company that cancels your trip?!? Avoid at all costs, if something seems to good to be true, it usually is. I have a devastated family and now have to try and piece together a holiday. Devastated.
