Cannot rate the staff at Craignure Tourist Information highly enough . My friend and I had cause to pop in for advice two or three times during our stay in Mull and Morna and Helen went above and beyond to offer assistance.
They are both friendly and helpful and their knowledge of the island provided us with invaluable information which enhanced our experience of the area.

These ladies are an asset to the Tourist Industry and should be commended for their good work.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about all four of the people we met just off the ferry working at the visitor center. They were beyond helpful when we visited in June with helping connect us with island transportation to Duart Castle (the final 4 miles of our 4000 mile journey from the US that we had not planned shuttle to). The visitor center gift shop was also filled with unique beautiful local artisans' work. We enjoyed shopping there and our visit! Thank you, thank you!

Definitely a must for first time visitors to the island. The staff provided excellent recommendations on what to see and do, plus lots of useful maps and leaflets. A fantastic public service!

The personell of the Information Office was really of great help when we had a flat tire on the isle, or better one of the employee who skipped her lunch break to rescue us and give us a lift up the Pier. Thank You Paola Laura and Gaia

a rude customer pushed the cue the women who was serving did not take charge of the situation and didn't even apologise or serve myself who was there waiting patiently to be called forth. the cue jumper was not in need of any life threatening assistance. Complaining is pointless there is no accountability nor a simple apology from an obvious error. I'm sure the staff are less blaze when it comes time get their wages about the order of a process.
