We were enticed into this shop by some Cornish food products displayed in the window.
Glad we went in.
They have a lovely selection of gifts & goodies, all made
in Cornwall.
They had hand-made jewellery, textiles & ceramics. Plus Cornish Ketchup / sauces, tea grown (very unusually) in Cornwall, biscuits etc.
Great things, packed into a small shop.
The lady serving us was very friendly & helpful.

Conveniently located in the centre of Truro, just a short walk from the cathedral, this small and very welcoming visitor information centre has a wealth of free info and maps both of Truro and of Cornwall in general, plus interesting books and some nice gifts including pottery and jewellery. Bought a few postcards and small gifts here, plus a box of Cornish clotted cream fudge. The lady behind the counter was very helpful.

This is a welcoming and useful place. The location is attractive and the staff are extremely knowledgeable. We were given prompt, accurate information on a whole range of topics and enjoyed our conversation. I would say this place delivers a wider and deeper service than its title would suggest, bordering on a Citizens' Advice Bureau! Thank you so much for your help and for the high-quality free maps and guides 🙂

I attended Bert Biscoe's Guided walk around Truro. It was incredibly fascinating and I couldn’t believe how much history the town held. Mr Biscoe has a wealth of knowledge and enthusiasm over Truro past and present. I would highly recommend this, whether you are local or visiting, it is a beautiful way to explore. It was a pleasure to meet you and a delight of a morning.
