Had an amazing time at this Harry Potter themed tour. Detailed explanations of every single part of the tour where we visited. Flora was an absolute amazing guide. We had a smaller group than expected, therefore, had a better chance to experience and explore these places in more depth and detail as it took us longer than the approximate time of the tour. No problem that it took longer. It was really the opposite, I liked the fact that it could last longer to make sure we understood each part. I was so pleased to see the divinity school, and also, what shocked me was that I actually saw Harry’s head mark placed on the floor outside, near the divinity school. As this was a smaller group, it was great for me to pop in and buy something that I was looking for, for a very long time. Another thing I noticed (probably not used in the film), was the shaped part above the entrance to the divinity school hall, where this looks very much like the original version of the triwizard tournament trophy.

Amazing experience. Like mentioned above, Flora was great and had great knowledge to tell us more about the Harry Potter film scenes.

We had a fantastic walking tour of Oxford today with our guide, Will, who truly brought the city's rich history to life. Traveling with my wife, mother-in-law, and our infant daughter, we appreciated how Will tailored the experience to keep everyone engaged.

Will expertly navigated us through key landmarks, including the stunning Radcliffe Camera, the historic Bodleian Library, and many others sharing fascinating anecdotes about their significance along the way.

His enthusiasm for Oxford's history was infectious, and he made sure to include interesting facts about the university's traditions and notable alumni as well.

I highly recommend Will for anyone looking to explore Oxford's iconic sights!

Took the Inklings Tour, which turned out to be a 3 hour walk with just the 2 of us and the guide. The tour had more content about the Oxford colleges than the Inklings per se, since there appeared to be not much more than what we had already learned online about Lewis & Tolkien. It was somewhat disappointing to not be able to learn more about the authors as people, the main reason for this tour: it appeared that most of their lives came to life in their written works. But it was good to physicially see the poem by CS Lewis on Addison Walk, to learn about his religious conversion thanks in part to Tolkien's advocacy & persuasion, as well as walk the colleges where each attended & taught.

We had already taken the Oxford University Tour by Student (mostly) or Alum the previous day, so some of the stuff was a repeat. But truly enjoyed walking throughout Magdalen College, IMO the most beautiful of all the colleges.

Sorry... most of my pics were taken with a 35mm camera, so what I post here are just a few snap shots taken by cell on our walk.

Tom is so knowledgeable and so nice. We took the tour today and really enjoyed it. Tom shared a wealth of knowledge about Morse, Endeavor and Lewis. In addition we also got amazing stories about Tolkien, C.S Lewis & Lewis Carroll and learned so much about the history of Oxford. My wife has a vast knowledge about all three of the shows and Tom provided insights and showed up some of the key locations of the shows she is so familiar with. She was delighted. My daughter and I got the tour for her as a Christmas gift and after we left the tour she said this was her favorite gift this year. She wants to come back for another tour. Highly recommend.

Amazing! John and Alasdair were so helpful and communicative, the bikes were so easy to manage and the views were outstanding. The lunch was delicious and the history was so interesting. It was better than we could have hoped!

We did the Harry Potter tour with Michel today and it was a blast. Over 2 hours with the guide and then access to the final site (where guides aren’t allowed).

Michel, specifically, was great. Well-informed and very sociable.

Be sure to realize that the tour covers lots of things aside from Harry Potter, but most of the topics still relate to fantasy/literature/media and the history of Oxford.

Would definitely recommend.

What a great day with Tom our tour guide. He made our day in Oxford come alive with his extensive commentary on Oxford history. We selected the Morse/Endeavor/Lewis tour but got so much more. Can’t recommend Tom and Visig Oxford Tours enough. Well done!

Joined the Harry Potter tour guided by Billy today. It’s awesome! The walk was easy but packed with all the interesting spots. Pace was just right - we could enjoy it leisurely and take all the photos we wanted. Billy was extremely knowledgeable and was able to link Harry Potter to Oxford on multiple levels and kept the kids entertained. Very enjoyable. Highly recommended.
