I use this place regularly and always have wonderful service from all the very friendly and helpful staff. During the summer months they have their hands full with loads of cruise ship passengers but they are always very patient and helpful.

The staff are really helpful and knowledgable --- but it is difficult to work with what's available. The X1 only passes some of the mainland's sites. A lot of sites are still only opening for the high season. And then as a solo traveller you are left with no choice of booking a taxi to get back from its forthmost attraction. It is limited - especially when they are actively encouraging visitors to take or hire a car.
