Would strongly advise against booking with Virikson Holidays after a dreadful experience.

We had a trip to Thailand booked 7 months in advance, for early February. With just 7 days notice we were informed by Virikson that flights were not available (with no adequate explanation why) and the trip would have to be cancelled.

Still awaiting a refund despite promises from a Customer Care Executive and now receiving no reply to emails or calls.

Not sure if they are totally incompetent or
have actually stolen over £4700 … Avoid!

I had booked a Thailand trip with Virikson Travel and have never recieved symuch awful service . I was told travel itinerary and flights dates and price etc and was asked to pay the deposite of £49 each for two travellers .
I then recieved a confirmation itinerary to sign . The dates where not as before as three extra had been added on . I advised I didn't have time of work for this .
Next the wrong hotel was booked for the wrong island . I asked this to be changed and was offered a choice . Then a completely different hotel was changed . The wrong island and hotel still there . I asked for cancellation which has taken ages to sort out and get back . Do not book with this company . I doubt the plane would have even been there . Very poor service with a travel agent that clearly has no idea what they are doing .

We bought holiday to Morocco using the offer from Jordan Boyle. Hi is a professional and kind person. He found a good offer for us, telling us everything very carefully and clearly. He was with us all the time in touch and answered our questions. I highly recommend other contact with Jordan. We will definitely use it again. We wish all such employees. Thank you very very much..

Inexperienced staff.
Ruined my holiday and wasted lots of money due to wrong information regarding transfers and some booking in hotels not made, despite payment made!
Staff have changed names to English names!.they are from Pakistan and knowledge poor about country of holiday.
Lack of professional etiquette!
