Caroline was tremendously helpful in identifying options based on what we were looking for in a property as there are so many choices. She was very responsive and consistently provided updates throughout the booking process and checked in at the start and after the trip. The next time we plan to head to Barbados, Caroline will be our first call!

When another provider cancelled our accommodation 4 days before departure after double booking us, Virgo Villas literally rescued our holiday as our provider could find nothing anywhere on the island because the cricket was on. At 1am Friday morning I emailed every Barbados villa rental company Google could find asking if anyone had anything, Virgo Villas replied at 9:12am saying leave it with them and soon after Caroline called to say she had found something. Less than 24 hours later all was booked and confirmed and we then had the most amazing stay at Hemingway House on Mullins Beach, a fantastic house and staff that none of us wanted to leave. It was our first trip to Barbados and Caroline gave us some great tips of places to visit and kept in touch throughout to make sure all was well, including after our return home. We loved Barbados and I'm sure we'll be back and wouldn't go to anyone else now to arrange it for us. Thanks again Caroline.

My family and I had the best time in Barbados and in New Mansion. The property was beautiful with everything we would have wanted and more.
It's an amazing and beautiful Island with so much to see and do.
The staff are all so friendly and helpful and made our stay very comfortable. Thank you for your recommendations of restaurants too which lived up to our expectations!

Caroline was so helpful from the get go, and understood our needs for a Villa in Barbados, as we wanted a home from home.

We decided to stay in Villa 1, The Falls which is a gated community estate based in Holetown and close to all amenities.

The Villa had everything we needed, and we settled in straight away with a bonus of a plunge pool at the property. You also get access to the communal pool and gym.

I can't thank and recommend Caroline & Virgo Villas enough, the communication throughout the whole process was fantastic.

Even the day we came home to make sure we had an enjoyable time.

We recently rented a villa through Caroline at Virgo Villas and were extremely satisfied with the service we received. From our initial enquires up until after we returned home, Caroline was in communication with us to ensure an easy rental process. She was always available to answer questions at short notice and regularly checked in on us to make sure everything was ok. Rental deposit was returned promptly and she had worked hard throughout the entire process to secure us the best villa for our needs. Would highly recommend.

We normally stay in hotels when we visit Barbados but decided to book a villa this time due to so many of us going. Caroline at Virgo Villas did an amazing job at finding the most perfect house for 16 of us. She listened to exactly what we wanted and guided us to exactly what we needed.
Caroline kept in touch right up to our departure date and dealt with any queries we had, she gave great advise on things to do and see around Barbados.
We will definitely be booking through Caroline next time we visit Barbados and can’t recommend her enough.
