My wife and I visited the Virgin Holidays in the Metrocentre today. We had just come back from South Africa and wanted to book our next trip for 2025. We had used a different travel operator previously but due to such a positive flying experience with Virgin, we wanted to use them to put together the whole package. I am the most fussy person to cater for, whereas my wife is far more easy going. We had an idea of what we wanted however when the travel and times were put together by the Megan Foster, it was not at all what I wanted or would enjoy. So Megan then ran through other ideas, locations and holiday types for around 40 minutes. She was so professional and polite, as I laid out reason after reason for not wanting what was put before me. Then clearly having listened to all my moans, likes and dislikes Megan presented us with what to me was the perfect holiday. I was genuinely smiling as we paid a deposit to secure it. The holiday we ended up with, was the total opposite of what we had gone in looking for but was far more what we actually wanted. We cannot praise Megan highly enough for her total professionalism and patience.

I couldn’t have asked for better service. Evie was one of the most nicest and understanding travel agents I have had when trying to book a holiday. She really listened to our budgets and completely went above and beyond for us. Couldn’t be happier! Such a lovely girl!

What a lovely experience booking a hoilday with virgin ,completely different from other major hoilday company's I have used in the past .
Zoe was great and was very knowledgeable and could answer every question we asked .
Would defiantly use them again and highly recommend them , friendly and professional . perfect !!
