I have booked two major Florida holidays with Kellie at Virgin Next, she is amazing, nothing is too much trouble, she's patient, knowledgeable and really approachable. I really wouldn't book with anyone else for such an expensive trip. I asked for multiple costings for both Disney and universal and Kellie was able to speak from personal experience, with intrinsic experience clearly attained from working within the field for a number of years, but also from a genuine passion and love for the work she does. They do say second to your home a car is the second most expensive purchase, but sometimes a dream holiday can be more. If you want someone or a team you can trust with excellent knowledge and experience you won't go wrong to contact this team.

Having had our summer holiday cancelled due to COVID I quickly got in touch with Lynn at Virgin and asked if she could help me book New York for Christmas - within 3 hours she had found me the perfect trip, great flights and amazing hotel, all in our budget. Heidi was on hand to complete the booking and make sure we had all confirmation documents.

My family and I have had nothing but great experiences with Virgin holidays and its staff over the last 15 years. They are extremely professional, polite and very knowledgeable especially Kellie Jones when it comes to Disney, she is amazing !!!
Anytime we travel outside of Europe we only ever fly with Virgin Holidays. When we walk through the doors, we are made to feel so welcome that my 7 year old daughter literally associates this store with Disney which her most favorite place in the world.
