From start to finish everything was made easy, when we visited we weren't really sure what area of the Caribbean we wanted to visit.

A few questions and a glass of prosecco later we had our destination, its just a shame the 23rd disappeared before our eyes.

Never mind, 22nd confirmed now our honeymoon to Barbados is booked. Massive thanks to Kirsty and the team who weren't pushy, were easy to deal with and clearly had experience. Kirsty spent a lot of time with us looking for the best flight/price.

No hard sale here and very accommodating.

Kirsty is a brilliant Virgin representative. We gave her a heck of a challenge with a complex road trip request within a tight budget and yet, she managed it with the patience, grace, and professionalism that meant we felt so confident in her ability to sort our dream holiday. She offered us 5* service throughout.
Rather than just a standard holiday request, Kirsty found herself having to move dates numerous times and also came up with unique suggestions that meant the cost fit within our budget, yet still provided us with a high-standard holiday that we wanted. She listened to what was important for us, and tailored the holiday to ensure our needs were met.

Becci was just Amazing from start to finish, she genuinely does go above and beyond. I cannot recommend virgin holidays enough, Rebecca was an absolute wizard and found us the most incredible flights and hotels for our west coast holiday.
