Last Thursday, i used the app and booked a taxi at 7:30 am, and i booked it for 8:35am so plenty of notice. It took my payment of £14 and decided to turn up at 8:45 which meant i missed where i was meant to. I explained this and he then tried to tell me i was lying and he had been there since 8:35. And i then said i know for fact you haven’t because my mum pulled up on the driveway at 8:35 and he wasn’t there. He then decided to get aggressive and argue with me and i said to him im not gonna keep arguing. I decided to leave it and then rang the taxi place up and i wanted my money back she then said she would talk to her manager later as he wasn’t there and give me a call back, and never did. I won’t be using these again.

The taxi was waiting at the railway station for us. The driver loaded our bags in the boot and drive us home promptly. He was polite and helpful. Well done.

Having discovered we had flat tyre on the way to the train station we needed a taxi to get us there for out planned day out in London. Booking was easy. Tracking was reassuring (especially as our home can be hard to find) and our driver was lovely. We were so happy to see the driver driver was there to take us home.

Incredibly expensive - charged over £12 for a journey within Sandy that was just over a mile. When challenges they said it was standard rate for journeys in Sandy. Car did arrive promptly but wouldn’t use again

Booked a taxi the night before as needed pick up at 8am. I was travelling a short distance that takes 4 minutes by car but as I was travelling with a small dog in a carrier I made sure to book ahead. The journey was set at £8 but I had to say an extra £4 for my dog which quite honestly I don't know what for as he was in his carrier on my lap and didn't make a sound. Aside from the price I am really disappointed that my prebooked 8am taxi didn't turn up til gone 08:12 which made getting my tickets and my luggage down on to the station a rush. The operator was apologetic, the driver didn't say a word but it's not the point. To add to this you have to pay in advance via an app that charges you to pay by the app otherwise it states they won't send a car. All in all I won't be rushing back to use them unless I had no option
