I was impressed with the service I received. It was my first time using Village Cars. I was in an unfamiliar area & got through on the phone quickly. The vehicle came on time. The driver was polite, the vehicle clean & I was taken to my destination in a timely manner during bad weather.
I'd contacted another company who would have arrived later & Cost more. Thank you. I have the details stored now.

Just rang to book a taxi, and the guy who awnserd was so bloody rude he put the phone down after me asking a question I rang back the second time and I said sorry I explained that I think my phone cut out and he said "yes taxi unavailable " proceeds to put the phone down, I have never had a problem with baldock taxis infact I would highly recommend them and always use them but after that phone call. Its unprofessional if he don't want to work their then don't work there !....... 1 star for just awnsering the phone

Great service. they were the best price, then they were very quick to get to me. The driver was a really nice guy and really nice to talk to. His driving was perfect and I felt safe and comfortable. I couldn't find a single thing to be unhappy about. I'd give him more stars if I could.

Driver - Ali, was friendly and polite. Lovely clean car and very happy to use him again. However, confirmation text had the wrong door number on it. I called immediately to get them to change it to the correct number. Was assured they had done so and was told not to worry. On the day the driver was given a totally different door number to what I gave them and also different from the first wrong number.
I was able to find the driver myself. They do need to ensure they update details correctly as it could have meant I would have missed my train.
