Adam was fantastic - very helpful, quick, and efficient. He sorted everything out with no hassle, and the rates were great! Highly recommend getting your exchanges done here. They can even be done via bank transfer - perfect for me since I didn’t have my bank card.

Very rude. They have good rates but very arrogant because of that. One of the guys that worked there ask me to hand him my phone through the security glass so he can read the order number, I refused for obvious reasons (you don’t just hand someone your phone) and he got very angry 🤷 Maybe he was having a bad day, I explained I was a customer and that he should be more polite and he just shooed me away like I was an animal 🥴

Okay service. They ask you to complete the review before completing the service. For €80 they could only give me 2x €10 notes. Also, surprisingly, they wanted to see I have completed the review!! Very odd. Not the way to do business. Provide an impeccable service at all times without asking for reviews and wanting to see them.

Sanju was great. I did money order and got £13 pounds more and he was generous. Great rate probably best I’ve found. At the post office I was going to get £465 for $700 usd. Here I got £515. Amazing
