We have just had a lovely 2 nights at Victoria Park Lodge. We had a family room which was very spacious with very comfortable beds. Fans available if you needed them. The room and ensuite was clean and well serviced with lovely staff.|A hearty breakfast was served both mornings with plenty of choice including cooked and continental. The serving staff were so lovely and attentive nothing was too much trouble. I highly recommend this guest house ☺️

Stayed one night as a base to visit Warwick Castle & Stratford on Avon. Great location, just a short walk into the centre. Plenty of on site parking. Beautiful garden at rear of hotel. Staff were all so welcoming, friendly & helpful. The whole place was immaculately clean & beautifully decorated. Our room was at the front of the hotel so there was some noise from the road but this didn’t keep us awake even with the windows wide open. Beds were very comfortable & they had provided 2 fans in our room as we visited in hot weather. Great en-suite with spacious shower, lovely complementary toiletries provided. Breakfast was fantastic with lots of choice, everything offered was of really good quality.
Overall fantastic value for money & couldn’t fault a single aspect of our stay.
Would highly recommend & wouldn't hesitate to stay there again if visiting the area.

This was one of the best b & B hotels we've ever stayed in.
The rooms were comfortable and well equipped, the staff were lovely and very helpful and the breakfast was a revelation!
We had a family group of 9 of us staying there, so when we wanted breakfast together they put us in a separate room and 2 waitresses looked after us. Food was excellent and the staff couldn't do enough for us,
Thoroughly recommended.

Thank you for making our girlie annual gathering such a delightful stress free experience! Jason was a terrific host.
The rooms were great, tea coffee biscuits. Beds comfy. Lovely towels and accessories. Best breakfast I've ever had in the UK. The staff were so welcoming and helpful.
An absolute gem of a place and easy access to the town. Thank you Jason and your team. We'll be back!!!😁

Excellent place to stay with warm hospitality. We stayed here for one night for our son’s graduation. We arrived earlier than expected but reception staff got our room ready very quickly so we could drop our stuff and go to the graduation ceremony. Breakfast was included in our very reasonably priced stay which was fresh and made to order. Lots extras like cakes, yogurts etc were available for us.

Lovely hotel in prime location if visiting Leamington Spa.
Plenty of parking.
Stayed in room 1, quite snug but single occupancy. Decor a little aged, but clean.
Tea/coffee, television and even a small desk squeezed in.
Friendly staff and delicious breakfast.
Definitely stay again.

One of the BEST hotels I have stayed in.|Staff, rooms, breakfast, both English and Continental were superb. Location was within 10 minutes of the town, with a lovely park next door.|Excellent and superb.

Superbly located for events going on in central Leamington. We stayed for two nights for the Fake Festival which was just around the corner from the hotel. Lovely, clean, family run B&B with parking. Private garden at the rear to sit and relax in. Hearty breakfast included with the room. Would definitely recommend.
