KEEP AWAY!! Living in this complex was a struggle. There were parties basically every week night from various other flats, many COVID breaches and constant drug use included.

The landlord did absolutely NOTHING but villianise me and get upset at me all because they were absolutely useless in solving any problems (Props to him for blu-taccing some warnings on the front door! Like thats gonna solve anything). Had cctv of all this but didnt use anything. All police reports made about the breaches agreed he was a total shmuck.

Not to mention my broken appliances, not fixed all year, the outsourcing of cleaning services which are enforced at the end of the year (probably they're his own services because he owns many companies around the area - Gurjit Johal - look him up) and the ridiculous price! If you stay here and ever have a problem with the landlord, i advise just leaving the shower and sinks running all night to shoot up the bills for him (because he pays for them luckily)!
