Not sure why there so keen on arriving on time, finally spoke to the person I needed 1 1/2 after my booked time. 1 que outside another qué inside then a waiting room. Desperately needs to do something about booked numbers or efficiency.

Absolute mayhem! Don't plan your day by the appointment time you're given as that's irrelevant. Two stars is for the staff who seem under lots of pressure. Too much happening in such a crowded space. Management needs to sort this out.

All in all very poor service which is typical of an Indian office staffs who do not show any consideration towards Indians. some have a grudge attitude towards Malayalis specially what I got from them was the same situation for the Malayalis who came there.

My humble request to higher authorities,

Please re arrange the total system of this office & arrange a customer service training session for these employees.

Some people's making mistakes is affecting all staff's dignity. Especially Indian dignity.

Friendly staff, bit the place itself is falling apart, the queues are out the door and the appointment necessary to come is pointless as once inside u just queue for over an hour.

Had a good experience visiting there for visa application. Only allowed inside on appointment. At the front desk the person checks if you have all the right documents and gives you a token. Then we wait until our number is called. The seats are socially distanced with clear markings. Face masks mandatory. A cleaning person keeps cleaning the chairs at regular intervals. The process overall was very smooth. The staff were friendly and helpful. They have a copier machine (80p per copy card payment) and a photo booth in case you need it.

Had an excellent experience.

Got to the centre at 8.15am (my appt was at 9.15am). Fifth in the queue and got in at 8.35am. Security guard was a bit moody - doesn’t seem necessary but I’m sure people do take the piss and need managing.

A lovely lady at the counter served me and processed my tourist visa in five minutes. It did help I had all my documents in order - tip, use the checklist on the website and make sure you tick off all the points you need.

I know others have had bad experiences but it seems like I was fortunate.

Was busy but efficient staff to keep people moving and understanding of people with wrong forms or details. Very helpful friendly staff, wouldnt say the same about some of the people there who cut in line.

If any problems 50p per copy, change only, £3 for use of PC per 15min and 50p per printed document included in that 3quid otherwise top up required, takes debit/credit only for PC use.

Decent parking in the surrounding area. Been here twice now in last 5 years.
