"Outstanding Customer Service"

Making a large purchase never goes completely without issue. For me, its how the issues get dealt with that are most important, and worthy of mention. Both Callum, and Jack, from Sales, and Natasha from the service department are an absolute credit to Vertu Ford Stoke. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend the dealership to friends or family.

Excellent staff. Bought a car from them and even was delivered to my door. Car did have some issues after 1 week that but they was always happy to help and paid for all parts needed. In the end of the day is not they fault car had issues because they cannot predict the faults will show up in the future, it's technology after all. Car is all fine now and I am very happy with the service they provided. High recommended.

Top team. I've been very well impressed how you've all gone above and beyond to quickly and painlessly resolve the fail to start issue with my daughter's new to her, Hyundai I10. I'm suitably embarrassed that it's an 'own goal' with the bling she'd fitted which blocked the immobiliser signals to and from the key. The offending item is now on her bedroom door as a reminder 😉 Thanks so much to all for what you've done.
