I used the webform to request a cab for 8am. Everything seemed fine. I later noticed there was no confirmation from the email that I requested 8am. The taxi shows up at 6:45 and I get a phone call. I said I requested 8am. We aren't ready. 'Oh' That was all. 8:00 comes and no taxi. I call the number .. 'I don't have you in the system for a cab'. I explained what happened. I had a timed biopsy to investigate a cancer at DRI and did NOT want to lose the appointment. Had I not called I would have been truly snookered. The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 was that the operator was able to get a taxi to us in a few minutes. Something is wrong somewhere. Get it right and you would have a good system.

Was charged £13 odd from b&m in town to intake yesterday and 1st taxi after asking for aone with a large boot as we had a wheelchair and bags refused us he did however call for another one but price was extortionate

Always there minutes after ordering. I was panicking as not been in a taxi for years. Lovely driver, very safe and smooth journey. What more could you want ! Highly recommend!

I booked a taxi for 10 mins past midnight and the driver came earlier than the time I booked . He rang me and I asked him to please wait as I wanted to grab my bag as I’d just finished a 12 hr shift . I got outside and met the driver speaking to other people who were offering him cash at their destination. He told me not to get in and took them instead and left me outside stranded in the cold at midnight . I rang the company and they were very helpful tho, another taxi was sent out .

Visiting from Australia and don't have access to a vehicle. Drive Cabs have been a Godsend. Friendly drivers who have arrived on time and within minutes of booking. Reasonable rates have made it a cost effective option (way cheaper than Australia cabs for the same distances) All cars have been very clean and the drivers have been helpful. Highly recommend booking your trip with them

Needed a taxi fast as my train was cancelled from Bentley. Connecting train from Doncaster at 11.15. Called at 10.48. Driver arrived within 5 minutes and got me to the station just after 11, plenty of time to get a coffee from Costa. Thank you Drive

Brilliant service, very easy, picked up my son from school who throughly enjoyed the ride home talking about footie. Good value too
