This company is absolutely awful. I got a taxi to work this morning a fare that normally costs £10 even on bank holiday. Today this company charged me £15. With any other company you get in and the meter gives a grace period normally of around a mile/mile and a half not this company the meter starts clocking up as soon as you get in. Would rather use delta or one call much cheaper and better service.

driver was rude upon arrival, he told me i can put the wheelchair in the boot, he then sat there on his phone. during the drive he went on his phone while in traffic and speaking on the phone to someone. never had this happen to me before. i did not appreciate this behaviour with a 18 year old and a disabled adult in the car.

Drivers fine, but your dispatch system isn't, as 2 days on the trot the taxi showed 45 minutes early, frustrating the driver (as they are keen to get to their next job) and putting customer under undue pressure. This needs sorting

Used Britannia as part of the Patient Transport Services to get me to hospital appointments, they kept me well informed of who was collecting me and what time, driver was courteous and helped me in and out of the vehicle, excellent service.

The taxis driver arrived on time, and he was very pleasant. I received a text telling me the taxi had arrived and was outside my house. With the number plate details and colour of the car We arrived on time at the train station. I would recommend Britannia taxis
