Ordered a Taxi from Norwich Hosptial to the train station, only took 5 minutes to arrive and a decent fare rate. The person on the phone and the driver were so lovely and the cars are very clean. I love the text message system to let you know what car to look out for. Will definitely use this company again the next time in Norwich ☺️ All tips goes directly to the drivers!

Great trip to the Theatre and back today. Booked by phone by my non tech Mum but able to see text message to know car reg to look for. Both drivers were on time, friendly, with clean and comfortable cars. Would highly recommend.

Booked a taxi at 2am really late notice, shane was honestly such a nice person. Really didn’t care about the time, was so chatty and well mannered. Given it’s my eighteenth birthday, Shane was really relaxed and nice to a bunch of 18 year olds which have all been out there n their first night out. Thank you so much for you kind hospitality

I have been using ABC for nearly 20 years and have always been great. Unfortunately over the last year about 50% of the taxi's I book through the app cancel themselves and don't notify you. I have ended stuck without transport too many times and unfortunately can't trust ABC any longer and will use a different company. Be aware whilst using the app.

Couldn’t get app to work, but phoned and they were very nice and had a taxi out to a pretty remote location for a pickup more quickly than anticipated or promised. Great, friendly driver.

Well the actual taxi arrival was prompt and journey was fine, but I booked with a special offer they had shared on their app and despite having email confirmation of this, one day after my journey they have now charged my card the value of the offer on top of the fare I paid yesterday, meaning they've just reversed the offer without telling me or even sending a receipt for the second charge. Not amused! App is still showing there being a £5 offer but don't trust it, they'll just wait 24 hours and charge you the £5 they said they were taking off. Called to try and get a refund and someone in a call centre said they couldn't do anything about it and I'd have to send an email to get my money back - naturally on sending an email pre-5pm on a weekday, within minutes of being charged, I get an auto reply saying the accounts office is shut and they won't be getting back to anyone until next week. Better hope you refund me first thing Monday, veezu, or I'll just be asking the bank to do a chargeback! Nice of you to charge my card for something you aren't owed and then immediately flee the office so you can avoid doing anything about it

Really disappointed today, having used ABC after they acquired Gold Star and we have been exceptionally impressed. Yesterday I used for two unexpected journeys to N&N having fractured my ankle. Today I tried to book an 8.00am or as near to pick up to Norwich train station only to find "school runs" take precedence and it would have been ridiculously early or to late for my train. Obviously, I cannot drive have booked for evening return journey as no school runs! But very disappointed that there is no help for normal customers during school run contract times!
