Absolutely fabulous service! Used them from Hall Green, to Utilita Birmingham and back and was very reasonable price and the drivers were so friendly and chatty!

Very disappointed. Booked a return trip a month in advance to our daughter's wedding venue only to be left standing on our Midnight return trip. Totally not what you want after having had such a lovely memorable day. 3 mini buses booked for Return trip from this company. Only 2 arrived. 45 min delay as we had to wait for one of the taxis to drop off it's wedding passengers before returning for us. I would just say be aware that on this occasion they were definitely not reliable. ,2 phone calls were made to find out where the taxi was, each reply was 10 mins away. It seems that even though you have reserved a booking in advance they don't guarantee the booking . Guest who rang for a Uber at midnight left way before us.

Brilliant service. When uber and bolt don’t want to pick us up or we need taking to the airport early in the morning Veezu always come through and are quick and prompt. Good service, friendly drivers and reasonably priced.

Ordered a taxi for 2 weeks time at 4am to get to the airport train station. Had a confrontation messages leading up to the arranged collection. 4 am came and no car. I waited 15 minutes and called to chase up. I was told there were no cars in the area and he would try and get one out ASAP had a a call at 4-30 from a driver saying he had just got the job and would be 20 minutes. We were supposed to check in and would have been there too late. Ordered an Uber who was with us in 5 minutes. They did the same to my in-laws. Definitely avoid if you need to get somewhere on time.

If I could give them no stars I would. Arranged 3 days before pick up at 0815. All booked all arranged. No cab at pick up point so called. To be told that I hadn’t booked a cab just a place in a waiting list. What utter ridiculous behaviour. I said I’d wait. Gave it 10 mins and booked an Uber. Which I should have done in the first place. At 0930 I got a call from them saying they were ready to pick me up. 75 mins late. Utter shower of fools and very rude operators. Avoid.

Majority of the drivers don't bother talking. Also some are on their phone so again ignoring the passenger. A very small amount of drivers will have a conversation with the passengers but not many.

Absolutely shocking service. I booked a taxi from the premier inn to go to my daughters wedding in chalcott wood. Was told my taxi had arrived. I was stood outside reception, no sign. At the front of the hotel. No sign. Tried to phone the driver, went to voicemail. Phoned the company and they told me he was there. I got a lift with my brother and cancelled. On the return journey my brothers pre booked taxi did not arrive and the driver put the phone down on him. He had to make his way to the main road and get an Uber. My sons pre booked and prepaid taxi did not arrive on time and we had to talk the driver through how to get there even though they had been dropped off by a taxi from your company in the morning. The taxi was 45 minutes late. I got in this taxi with them as I wasn’t convinced the taxi I had booked for midnight would arrive. The driver said taxis don’t like to go down to the wedding venue. So why take the booking and the money. He said their cars get dirty and have to be cleaned and if it’s a pre paid trip they can’t charge any extra for driving into the woods. Again, why take the booking. He said he’d been given the job 45 minutes earlier but had turned it down. He was also the driver who put the phone down on my brother! So I wouldn’t use this company unless you want to be stranded in the dark. Absolutely appalling.

I’d leave zero if I could. Booked 3 weeks in advance for airport. Didn’t turn up despite us ringing and being told he was 7 minutes away. Then told no drivers and would be 30 / 45 minutes. What a terrible service and stressful start to our holiday.
