Your driver was useless the customer new exactly which way to go to get to their destination .we had just returned from holiday from Manchester airport and my aunt did not need driver arriving that did not even get out of the car to put the suitcase in the boot for a 67 year old woman I had to do it then he got out of the car . It took him even longer to actually set off from the road side he then decided not to listen to the customer that makes this journey on a regular basis as to which way to go he then goes to put fuel in on the customers time and when they eventually arrive at the destination my aunt only has £30 pounds in cash the fare is £37 your taxi driver then threatens a tired elderly woman with police. This is a classic example of how it does not matter how much technology is involved TAXI DRIVERS ARE NO DIFFERENT TO 20 YEARS AGO WHEN I USED TO BE 1 FOR CITY TAXIS!

Prompt arrival. Vehicle could use some more cleanliness though. Probably worked all night and yet to do routine checks and cleaning. Driver was patient.and efficient regardless.

Booking was easy and stress-free. Our taxi arrived dead on time, and the journey was smooth and pleasant. The driver was polite, but not talkative (which I like.) Would recommend Veezu taxis.

The driver got lost 3 times on the journey, didn’t know how to get to where we were going despite having a phone in the holder, using another during the journey and us giving him the full address. He charged us less than£5 but on the way back we got an Uber which cost less than £5. Will not use again
