Excellent service. Easy to book through the App. Communication was great. Car turned up on time and was spotlessly clean. The female driver was lovely and very friendly. So nice have a woman driver. We arrived at the destination on time. Great to be able to pay on-line.

Great service, taxi driver was super friendly and the car was immaculate.

Only downside was that he traveled about 10 minutes for the pickup meaning he was a few minutes late, I had factored this into my pickup time but the driver was only offered the job shortly before the pickup time although I had booked the day before. Minor inconvenience but first time using the app so will know for future, but could catch you out if you book without any buffer.

Overall would definitely recommend.

First time me using the company and got to say they were brilliant. I Phoned last minute for a taxi and lady on phone was lovely and polite, my taxi was with me within 10min., Driver was very nice and polite chatting too as well. Will definitely use again.

Our driver was absolutely amazing, she was considerate of the heating as we were waiting outside for a while. She had nice music on and was a very careful and good driver. Nothing but praises for the driver.

Rude and unkind driver. My mother in law has just lost her daughter, and is on medication to help her cope. The driver was extremely disrespectful towards her because she wasn’t in a 100% fit state. I am very angry and would like to talk to someone regarding this issue. This is not okay!

Got charged twice by Veezu on route to drop off, driver said I hadn't paid, threatened to drop me off 2 mins into journey, driver was incredibly rude, he asked me to pay again so did, I got charged £60 for a £19.40 journey, it's gonna take at least 20 days to sort this out, I will be reporting this to the licensing authority at the local council. I would Name drop the driver but that wouldn't solve anything
