Very efficient service . The booking of the taxi was easy, communication was good & the taxi arrived on time ti take us to Newport to catch a National Express bus to Bristol Airport . I was so impressed with the service that when our bus failed to arrive I booked a minibus ( there were others waiting) to the airport which came within 5 minutes . Excellent Service. Thank you.

One of the worst taxi services i've ever used. We booked in the morning to a taxi to pick us up at midnight from a wedding. I had a confirmation text. Our taxi didn't arrive, and when we called they said it would be 20-25 mins, so we waited. Another group called the same company at the time and got a taxi before us, so we called again, they just kept saying that no taxi driver had picked the booking up off the system. But really that isn't my problem if your system is shoddy- they've had all day, the taxi drivers were clearly picking other orders up off the system! We eventually called an uber and at 1am i had a phone call saying they were finally there. As they couldn't seem to fathom how to drive down the lane we had to walk to the top if it, so they left 3 women stranded down a dark country lane in the cold for 1 hour. Poor service.

Also, this was a wedding and many people were going to and from the location all day, but every time anyone rang they got confused as to where the wedding was, acting like they'd never heard of the place even though we know we'd had at least 4 return trips by that point.

They were also 20 mins late picking up the bride & groom which was really frustrating for them. They also had to walk to the top of the lane in the rain. They had booked days in advance and the bride had called them ahead of time and warned them, giving them plenty of notice of where the place was and that people would be looking to use their services.

Just used their App to book a taxi for this evening. Checked on App to confirm but there was no record of the booking.
Checked my bank account and £6.90 was pending to pay Veezu.
Rang the Veezu office and found it difficult to understand the gent. However, he confirmed that there was no record of me having booked a taxi and he was unable to check my payment. He said something about rebooking but I told him that I didn't want to pay twice, to which he told me to complain on the web site.
Since this is the only avenue I can find to make any complaint - here I am and will request repayment from the bank for services not received.
Not a good result.

The service has really gone down hill since the change from Dragon. The team at the end of the phone aren’t helpful and are often hard to understand and most recently I booking a car for my elderly mother and the driver sat in the car and watched her load and unload the suitcase into and from the boot. Not saying the drivers should load for everyone, but where has the general politeness as a decent human been gone?

I did provide feedback via their app before posting this as I expected to be contacted, but almost a week on and I haven’t heard anything. Clear to see customer service isn’t a property for this company anymore.

I won’t be using Veezu as a brand anywhere anymore and I advise others to avoid this company like a they would a plague.

Preordered 3 taxis a month in advance for a one way trip from Cardiff to Newport. Phoned up to confirm the booking on the day and was told all was confirmed but when it came to the pick up time there was no sign of the taxis. Phoned them multiple times to chase where they were and was told they’d be 10 mins, after waiting for 40 minutes on the side of the road with still no communication from them we had to flag down taxis instead which ended up costing us almost double than a prebooked taxi would have been.

Absolutely unreliable and bad customer service. They didn’t seem to care that they had let us down late at night and offered no quick solutions to resolve the issue.

Avoid this taxi company.

I have booked a Dragon taxi over the phone because Vezzu website wasn’t working. On their website it clearly states that all rides accept cash or card payments. I had both ready to pay for my ride. Neither was accepted so I had to phone them to take payment. This is what you want at 6am in the morning waiting for someone to process your payment over the phone. The main reason for 1 star is the actual car that picked me up. It was extremely dirty. Floor was full of dirt, seats were stained and the whole car was really smelly. The driver was driving like he is chasing someone. Really unpleasant ride which made me sick and the whole day I just felt dirty. I will never use this service again.

First time using the app and Veezu. Very impressed, driver called within a few minutes to check exactly where I wanted picking up as the location was a bit vague. He was only a few minutes later arriving. Took my suitcase from me and put into the vehicle and took out at destination. Very friendly, very polite and considerate. Highly recommend.

If you have the taxi booked by a hotel, to pay by card, the driver has to call customer service for the company to send you the link to pay. This had to be done twice, I was waiting for a link in a taxi at my destination for over 10min which made me late for my train.

The driver was very apologetic but they cannot do anything about it. it’s a silly policy and does not make any sense.
