Would have given 5 Stars based on service received by NAV - best driver and best car. NAV should get Best Customer Service award for his delightful approach. Only 4-Srar, as a couple of late pick-ups (not NAV - always early) due to Ramadan but didn’t cause issues. Would thoroughly recommend them. Also had a couple of nice return journeys from the office manager in Derby, again super friendly and helpful.

The taxi driver was extremely rude.i stood in what I thought works be a better location for him to get to. He pulled up and was really annoyed with me. I explained I thought it works be a better location he contributed to complain. I asked him who the customer was. He kicked me out of the taxi. I had to phone another taxi driver who was really nice

Sent keys to destination 1 and requested driver to pick up from destination 1 and drop at final address but driver left keys with my daughter and refused to drop her home. Ot was card payment he would have got paid the whole journey. But he decided to leave my daughter in the middle of nowhere.
