Drivers have started taking unnecessarily long routes to destinations despite knowing there are faster more efficient routes.
My wife has had driver arrive CLOSE to the booking location but not where it was ordered to then had drivers watch her struggle to carry shopping to their car, and drive off. Unacceptable behaviour, leaving women and young children stranded somewhere because you can't be bothered to turn up to where a car has been booked to. Never using again.

The reviews speak for themselves; I've had one good experience and one bad. The driver plicated two drunks at our expense and ruined our night out. I sent a contact form to the company and heard nothing back; all in all a real sham of a company
03/06 - I did actually hear back from customer services, I was advised the driver had been given strong words of advice and blocked from responding to any of our calls. If this is genuinely the outcome I'm very grateful but unfortunately we won't use you again

Fantastic service booked through the app a week before the wedding day.
Came early and arrived on time to meet the wedding.

Very disappointing. Taxi booked 2 days previously but did not arrive at time booked. Telephoned and told there was no cab in area. Had to make alternative emergency arrangements to avoid missing train to London connecting with Eurostar. Fed back disappointment but no response, let alone apology. Would never use again.

Be careful with the drivers. If you pre authorise your card make sure they swipe and finish the journey when you get out. Had several cases of drivers pretending to swipe it then continuing there journey after youve left and stealing an extra couple quid.

Absolutely useless, can't even provide a taxi when booked well in advance. The drivers and call operators are so rude and didn't help whatsoever.

I lost an item and got through to an operator on the phone called Katie grayson would was super helpful in trying to return my item to me. Makes a change from most calls I make for lost stuff. Taxis are always really quick i hardly ever had any issues

They are only getting 1 star from me because there’s no zero score. I pre booked a taxi 2 days ago to visit my mum who is receiving end of life care. At the time ordered there was no sign of them so I rang only to be told there are no drivers in the area til much later. But they took my money when I prebooked so this wasn’t a random booking. My mother was very upset when told I couldn’t get to her. I won’t be using this company again or recommend them to anyone I know. In fact I will take pleasure in telling everyone just how unreliable this company is.
