Only waited 5 minutes after calling for a taxi to take us to Sheffield Railway Station from the RHH. The driver was very chatty, which I prefer rather than sitting in silence. So the journey was enjoyable. The car was clean and airy and the driver was very nice

Prompt service,I was picked up after a very busy 12 hour shift. So I was relieved I wasn't waiting around, especially in the sub zero cold weather!

Shocking! Every time I pre book a taxi in advance for a SCHOOL RUN it’ll say one minute away and then change 100 times for different drivers and makes my child late for school an hour. Sort your app out it’s inconsistent and gives you false info. Won’t be using

I love the service, however when I book early (in the morning for an afternoon pickup) - I almost always end up waiting 20 minutes after the time I indicated for a car. There are either no available cars or the driver cancels on me 10 minutes before pickup and I have to wait while the app searches for another available driver.

Hi I use Veezu quite a lot the service is excellent. The call centre the staff are extremely well mannered very polite and spot on. The cars 🚗 and cabs are very clean inside and out and the drivers are so helpful and go to alot to give a excellent service.
