My experience with VANTA was excellent. Leonard could not be a kinder or more courteous chauffeur and guide. The vehicle was spotless and comfortable, and Leonard always provided water and snacks and was always prompt. But more than that, he was funny, interesting, engaging, and totally professional. While we had great conversations, it would have been comfortable to drive without chatting as well. He drove me around Wales three times, and I felt safe and in good hands. I recommend him with complete confidence.

We booked return transfers to the airport and from start to finish I could not fault our experience. Booking was easy and quick. Leonard is friendly, professional and wonderful to talk to. The car was clean and spacious even with 6 of us travelling. Pick up on both occasions were on time and even helped me to locate him when I was lost in the airport. We had young children and he even kept our car seats until the return journey for us. We were also greeted with drinks and snacks. Very reasonable prices, safe driving and a seamless experience. I would use Vanta every time I need transportation in the future.

Couldn’t recommend higher! Leonard was amazing, from booking our trip months ago, to collecting us early in the morning on the day! Leonard suggested altering the pick up time which worked brilliantly, and took us to the airport in absolute style. We had refreshments in the executive car, water, juice and luxury treats, whilst enjoying such a comfortable ride. Everything was perfect! Our collection after the holiday was just as good, Another lovely Mercedes, great conversation and a lovely ride home! We will be booking Leonard again for our next trip! Five star!!!
