Service is great!
However I wished they paid more attention to how my child looked in the photos. Please consider if the photo being sold would be something that the parents or my child would like to keep. I know some children's don't like posing for photos, but if the service/photo is being sold, please help the children to make their photos likeable.

Could have been better if there were reasonable options for single picture to order.
Also single pictures taken aren’t very great. Was really hard to choose which one was good. I wish I could have been able to choose in one go. Took me ages to decide which one. This is kind a memory for every year how the child looked for both kids and parents. Also we need to like them too for ordering it.

I’m disappointed that there’s never been an option to purchase a package that includes both the solo photo and the class photo together. It would really help families who are struggling financially. Life is getting harder, and not everyone can afford to buy separate photo packages. Offering a more affordable combined option would make a big difference for many of us

Very Amateur photo - the head ii tilted up way more than necessary, the tie is in all places. These are memories for a lifetime and its clearly not a pleasant one. School photos cannot be a hurried job. You will have to take some time to get a decent picture. This one is a disappointment.

Yet to receive photos - but appreciated that they took multiple shots of my daughter and were also kind enough to move some of her hair out of the way for a better shot. Thank you. I look forward to receiving the images. only giving 4 stars as not received photos yet

The prices of the photos are very expensive, you do not respect people and their families. For a copy of a class photo you charge about 20 pounds? It should be 5 pounds maximum. It is a scam. This means some families simply cannot afford it and end up not buying. Just a money making exercise for you. You should be ashamed
