I had a hospital appointment last week and booked a taxi with these people. The driver was there a few minutes early and sent me a text to say that he was outside. He was lovely (sorry but, I didn't hear his name). We chatted along the way which I usually find uncomfortable but, he was easy going and said that he hoped my visit would go well. He had already worked out that the obvious and main route was going to be rammed and so he drove over the hills. I arrived at the hospital in plenty of time. Could not ask for a better service.

Very unhelpful- thank god for uber it’s no wonder people stop using these dated unhelpful company’s. They deserve everything they get . Uber driver was so much friendlier than some of there miserable drivers. They act like there doing you a favour.
