I was amazed at the service Alison provided. I am disabled and traveling to the airport can be stressful. Alison was so helpful. We received text messages to keep us informed. She was aware before us,that we had flight delays on the way home, so we were able to get to the airport a little later.
We highly recommend Alison service.. although I think that I shouldn’t share too much as I want to make sure that Urban Travel always have space for our holiday needs ?

Absolutely fabulous service from this company. From the initial contact everything was so professional. Not used a taxi service in years but needed an airport run. Alison was amazing. This was our first time using Urban Travel. Alison was brilliant from start to finish. Turned up early, explained everything for our returning pick up. No stress and cheaper than booking with a car park at the airport which we have always done previously. This was our first time using Alison for our Manchester Airport run.
Absolutely brilliant, very responsive from start to finish and these days that is very hard to find.
Kept us up to date so we had no worries about anything. Delayed coming home, but no problem at all as Alison followed the flight to ensure we were met for the journey home.
This kind of service is rare to find, well done and thankyou.
Would not hesitate to recommend and will definitely use again.

Very competitive rates. Keeps in touch with reassuring text messages, arrived early for pick up
Alison takes your flight number so keeps an eye on your flight in case of any changes - she knew our return flight had been cancelled before we did and was ready to do all she could to help if needed ?.

Such a flawless process from start to finish. I would highly recommend using this service for an airport run. Took the stress out of finding somewhere to park, the lovely lady Alison was absolutely brilliant. You knew what you were getting, I was straight out and virtually on my way home within minutes of arriving. Full of information from pick up with a text reminder the day before and a live tracker on the day of pick up. I have already booked the next trip with Alison on the list.
