I have nothing but great things to say about our experience with UPS in Donaghadee. From our initial dealings with Rachel at the start, right the way through to the completion of our sale, the service was first class. I want to especially highlight the professionalism and dedication of both Laura and Emma. Our sale became a complicated one, through no fault of our own but despite the stress and frustration, both Laura and Emma did everything that they could to alleviate any angst and their commitment to ensuring that our sale was as smooth as it could be, was extremely impressive. Our dealings with Robbie were more limited but I want to say that every time we had cause to speak to him or any time he came to our property, his friendliness and work ethic also stood out. I genuinely can't say enough positive things about the UPS team in Donaghadee. The whole office, but particularly Laura and Emma, deserve high praise for all their hard work throughout our sale. And not just their hard work but hard work with a smile despite how busy they were. If I were buying or selling a house in Donaghadee again, I would not consider going anywhere else and I will be telling our friends and family the same

From the outset Rachel, one of the managing directors, was friendly and accommodating and consistently professional. Our purchase turned out to be a very stressful event being drawn out over 11 months as a result of the failure of our purchaser to complete.
