I contacted today and spoke with the agent Sophie regarding the caravan we had paid for for the weekend to stay over for holiday.

There is me and my partner here, we are on holiday, but there is no WiFi in the caravan, we are the only caravan without private wifi, as this was listed on the website originally with private wifi.

We do not have accessibility to any of our devices due to this, for all our electronic devices, including this is off-season and we came here to relax this is unfortunatley not the case.

from the conversation with Sophie it was mentioned I had to go direct to the owner with communication regarding the “no private wifi” in which I have done.

The website summerary has now changed from the original photos I had taken on arrival to the caravan due to the timings ( 2x photos from myself from 3:18 pm when I made contact with the owner)

The decision to immediate leave of abcense due to false advertisement of private wifi, I have spoken with park dean directly aswell which has mentioned for me to come directly to you over email and the complaints to recover the full refund of my stay, as the antenna was broken as-well? From after I had informed the owner that I have arrived to have recieved the below message.

I have discussed this directly with the owner as you act on behalf of said owner for marketing for the £380 (full booking) as per the conversation below with the screenshot of confirmation to leave the apartment and to re-make contact for a refund for our stay which hasn’t been able to be fulfilled due to the false adverstimsnt.and I hope for a full refund as we have had to leave the property we paid for in full.

Checked caravan was available and the site listing confirmed it was,  so went ahead and Booked and paid for this in full .

Next morning I get an email saying owner has declined booking , the reason " sorry took another booking this morning ".

Even though my booking was already in place,  and paid for in full , they took on another booking probably for a longer stay and worth more money £££££££  , so they thought they'd just cancel mine and go with the new booking! £££€€

Tried contacting owner for explanation and they simply lied saying this was already in place, when clearly it wasn't as the website was showing as available when I booked, also they had already told me they took on another booking this morning!

Do not book with these people.  They are just in it for the money. If you book and another booking comes in after you and is worth more ££££££, they will simply cancel your booking and go with the one that is worth the most money even though yours may be in place first.

Do not take the risk and have your holiday ruined by these greedy people. Avoid and be safe , don't take the risk -  book elsewhere!

Also , they do not let you publish bad reviews on the site .....the reviews have to be approved by the caravan owner first so if they don't like what you have written it doesn't get published! They will only ever publish the good reviews!

Absolute joke of a company. Avoid and be safe. Book your holiday elsewhere!!!

My wife, our granddaughter & myself have just returned from spending 6 great nights at caravan no 25 on Manorbier Country Park, Tenby. The van was superbly clean, comfortable, spacious, well equipped, and sited in a good position within the park ~ we would certainly wish to revisit and are able to easily recommend the services of the van owners Howard & Elaine. Thanks again too for organising the superb weather this week !!

We have been using caravans4hire for years it is simple and easy to book ,Confirmation within minutes. The caravans are always of a very high standard. Would highly recommend to anyone who is thinking of hiring a caravan.

Awful company major drop on enquires since since switch to 10% they claim it's only on each booking they actually charge 10% on the deposit also and all the extra they claim records levels of enquiries which doesn't show on owners bookings there's plenty of better sites.

Awful company truly are rip off the private caravan owners with there new charges and claim they having record number of enquires coming through page when most private have had major reduction in bookings last year and no doubt this year won't be any better

Sketchy website shows caravans as being available but when trying to book them you are told that the caravans are NOT available.
This happened more than once.
This is very frustrating and they have NO email contact.
Plus - the prices are waaaaay above the stated cost when you contact the actual people who lease the caravan. Very sketchy website.
