We used UK2Travel to book a boat trip in Croatia from Dubrovnik to Split around the Islands for 8 days. They were absolutely brilliant, kept us up to date with everything and even did our boarding cards for us. Alexis was always pleasant and helpful when we phoned. It was an excellent trip, so well organised and we were very well looked after. We were on the Rhapsody. The staff, guide, accommodation and food were excellent. Thank you.

We have just returned from a Croatian Cruise on The Prestige. We had a fantastic time. The Cruise Manager was great, the food good and the transfers and itinerary all ran like clockwork. Only 18 passengers on our cruise so everyone got to know each other and got on well. As UK2had chartered the boat for that week all of us were British. If you book through the Croatian companies then there will most likely be a mix of nationalities. Prestige isn’t the newest/smartest boat on the Adriatic but she is comfortable and nicely presented with a great crew.

Definitely do not recommend. The fine print in their contract states that they can book you on the cheapest flights that they can find. And they did.
They booked us on a Croatia cuise. The flight that they booked us on arrived at the ship at 10 pm. Most other guests arrived at lunchtime. The return flight they booked us on required us to wait at the airport in Croatia for 9 hours and get home at midnight, not taking off until long after the other guests were already back home. Plenty of other flights were available for just a little more but they refused to change their bookings.
These cruises are expensive so they make lots of profit. But apparently it's never enough for them. Memories are not of a great cruise but of the terrible flight arrangements made by this company. Avoid at all costs.

Just come back from a Croatian Cruise on the MS Prestige with UK2Travel.
Everything was slick and very well organised and we even had a small mix up between what we were told was on our itinerary and what the local agency thought we should be doing. A phone call back to UK2Travel and it was very quickly sorted.

I have read the other poor reviews and cannot understand the comments as they were nothing but helpful and organised for our trip.

HIGHLY recommend the MS Prestige btw.

Very helpful individuals in the office, that helped us to book and lovely staff who met us and transfered us to the ship. The itinery needs drastcally revising as we had several periods of wasted time. We arrived on islands to swim after sunset and had a morning in a city when we couldnt do anthing as the trips weren't open. The worst thing was the food. Much of which was unapetising and cold, with the dinning room being cramped, noisy and like being in a school canteen. Being served a 3 course cooked lunch everyday was not well received. I could go on, but these are the main points. I wouldnt book with this company again given the vast number of alternative high quality options.

Excellent holiday, terrible administration, including a £60 charge for a credit card when direct debit was used. Legal considerations prevent me from stating the obvious.
