Tip top service from the guys. Hired a van in August to move my stuff from my mums into storage following family issues. Check out was very smooth. Was shown the controls etc. van was very spacious with plenty of room for furniture to go in. However, Van suffered a sensor fault later that evening. When I rang them they said I could bring the van down for a quick once over. Next day went to go take the van down. Fault had cleared. This wasn’t a problem. They told me if it comes back on to take it down without hesitation. It was great to feel like they look after their fleet unlike some rental companies. Check in was smooth and fast. Amazing guys will see you soon when I find a flat and need another van 😊

We borrowed a box van on Friday, booking and collection was great, van was in good condtion and drop-off was great as we were able to drop the vehicle off early once we were finished with it. We were told everything was fine but then on the Saturday after dropping the van off we're only refunded £87.50 of our deposit. I rang up on the Monday and was told that the £12.50 was for 5 litres of fuel. Really disappointed as we made sure the van was at the half tank point which is what it was when we picked it up but apparently it was marginally over according to the pictures they have! We should have been told at drop-off if that was the case. Won't be using again and wouldn't recommend based on our experience.

Great experience hiring a Transit tipper from this Branch in Horfield Bristol . I had a problem with the windscreen wipers and the back up from these guys were amazing . The branch didn’t have a Tipper available but Ashai the Receptionist was amazing and went above in such a friendly professional way she did all she could do solve the situation and along with Terry the branch manager arranged me a Tipper on a half day rent for a full day because of the inconvenience . All the staff are so friendly and helpful with a bit of fun too . One guy helped me with the Bluetooth for my phone . Thanks Bristol Branch much appreciated for everything .

I've rented from them quite a few times now and found the staff there very helpful and friendly. asha especially had gone out of her way to reserve vehicles for me over the phone and then I pick them up when I'm ready. vehicles are always clean and tidy and in mint condition hence why I will be renting again in the very near future.
p.s. keep up the good work asha your a credit to the company 👍🏾😎

Rented a Luton van from them on Monday, van was late. Waited 45 minutes for it to be ready and still when it arrived they were doing checks so waited again. Returned the van after driving 5 minutes down the road from one house to another to be told I’m being charged for fuel. Even though I returned the van back with it still on a full tank and returned it earlier than I needed to. I’ve rented many vans in the past and never had this issue. I will not be using u drive again.

On the most stressful day of moving house U-Drive truly came through. After Europcar cancelled on us day of it ended up being a blessing in disguise, we got a bigger van and for cheaper. Absolutely incredible set of staff who couldn’t have possibly helped more. Partners phone had died, they gave him a phone charger. We needed to write down National Insurance number and they, without hesitation gave a pen and sticky note. I really couldn’t recommend them enough. Thank you to everyone who helped us. Officially only ever renting through you guys again !!

Reasonable prices, friendly and helpful staff especially Asla (apologies for the spelling) and no sting in the tail as can often happen when hiring a vehicle.

Would definitely use again.
