Applied for a role and was contacted by Natalie Eaton @ concept and from start to finish I was in very good hands. Very polite and reassuring. Always in contact throughout the process of job specand supplied me with all the useful information required for any role put forward for. Found concept when looking for a new career, and instantly felt in safe hands. They talked me through the process and what I could possibly do. That put me on to applying for a job with them/ Whirlpool and I am now a Trained Technician. The whole team have been great, easy to talk to and super friendly. Jodie and Jordan were great and still in contact from time to time to see how I'm doing. Couldn't recommend them enough.

This was my first experience of working through an agency and I have to say, it was a good one. I had been warned off using an agency but my experience has been good. Ben was very helpful, answered all my questions (I had loads) and offered great support around my interview and the time between interview and commencing my role. He also followed up with me regularly for a few weeks to ensure I had settled in and had everything I needed from my employer to carry out my job
I would recommend Concept to anyone who is looking for this kind of work

Concept Resourcing were the first recruitment agency I used when I first decided to go freelance in 2018, as an IT Contractor, and I am still using them today.
They regularly contact me with a variety of contracts available, all the staff I have dealt with are professional and friendly, their on-boarding process is very straightforward, their on-line services work very well, they use a very easy-to-use timesheet and self billing system, and I have never once had an issue with payments, which have always been weekly or fortnightly.
Overall a very good company to deal with, especially if you are just starting out as a self employed engineer.

Having worked for Concept for 14 years I find them very professional and cant imagine working for anyone else . They are completely flexible which is great for a working mom juggling family life . I love working remotely but still having regular communication and support from the Concept team if I need it .

They are actually a good company to work with.The reason I gave 3 stars is tho a contract might only be for a couple of months and they need to line you up with something after when that one finishes, but they Dont seem to be committed enough to do that. Haven't had any phone calls since last contract finished offering me anymore.If I had a contract to start I would give 5 stars 10 out of 10.Luke and Amy are very professional!
